RevFocus Services is committed to delivering high-quality, customised services in hotel revenue management, digital strategy, and analytics. This Cancellation Policy explains the terms and procedures for cancelling services and subscriptions purchased from RevFocus.
1. Scope
This Cancellation Policy applies to all service agreements, projects, subscriptions, and one-time engagements procured through our website https://revfocus.in or via a direct contract with RevFocus Services.
2. Cancellation Before Work Commences
If you cancel a service before any work or onboarding has begun, please notify us in writing (email) within 24 hours of payment to request cancellation.
We may retain an administrative processing fee to cover transaction and administrative costs. The remaining amount (if any) will be processed according to our Refund Policy.
3. Cancellation After Work Has Commenced
Once work, onboarding, or project activities have begun (including research, configuration, data collection, or any deliverable creation), cancellations will not normally be accepted.
If you request cancellation after work has started, RevFocus may, at its sole discretion, assess fees for the work completed, resources allocated, and third-party costs, and invoice the client accordingly. Any remaining balance may be refunded only as per the Refund Policy and management approval.
4. Recurring / Subscription Services
For ongoing monthly or recurring services, you may cancel future renewals by notifying us at least 7 days prior to your next scheduled billing date.
Cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle; payments already processed for the current cycle are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the Refund Policy.
5. Client Responsibilities and Delays
If a client fails to provide required data, access, approvals, or feedback within a reasonable timeframe and the delay materially impacts project delivery, RevFocus reserves the right to:
Pause the project until required inputs are provided; or
Treat the delay as a partial cancellation and invoice for work completed to date.
Cancellations requested due to client inability to proceed will be handled according to Sections 2 and 3.
6. How to Request Cancellation
To request cancellation, please email our support team with your service details and reason for cancellation:

Include in your email: invoice/order number, service name, date of purchase, and a short explanation of the cancellation request.
7. Approval and Confirmation
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
RevFocus will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and will send a cancellation confirmation once the request is reviewed and any applicable fees or outstanding invoices are settled.
8. Special Circumstances
In exceptional cases (e.g., duplicate payments, service non-delivery due to RevFocus fault), cancellations and refunds may be handled outside the standard rules. These are assessed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to management approval and the Refund Policy.
9. Effect on Deliverables and Access
On cancellation, access to ongoing services, dashboards, or tools provided by RevFocus may be suspended or revoked. Any deliverables produced and supplied up to the cancellation date remain the intellectual property as defined in your service agreement.
10. Changes to This Policy
RevFocus Services reserves the right to modify this Cancellation Policy. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
